Rebutting Critics and Al Gore, 'There Has Been No Global Warming in 18 Years'

First, I want to thank two letter writers of last week, Joe Dunn and Frank Cofer who, after reading my column, attacked its conclusion- that global warming is not a settled fact - but a theory, unsupported by scientific fact.

In my column I suggest that global warming is a money-making con created by Al Gore!

While critical and dismissive of my column, Mr. Cofer accidentally supports my position with one, astounding sentence. He writes, "Yes, the theory of Global Warming is not a proven fact, there are some mechanisms that are still not known or proven…"!

My point exactly.

In support of this, Patrick Michaels, director of the Cato Institute's Center for Study of Science, said just last week, (as quoted in CNSNews.com) that Oct. 1, 2014 "will mark 18 years of no global warming".

Mr. Michaels said that "sooner or later Al Gore and the numerous scientists, academics and politicians who agreed with Gore that the 'Earth Has a fever" will have to admit their climate models predicting catastrophic global warming were off by a long shot.

"It has to be admitted eventually that too much warming was forecast too fast," Mr. Michaels told CNSNews.com.

Michaels is a contributing editor to the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) which funds most of the studies Gore and others use for their climate scare techniques!

When people like Michaels, and, for that matter, Meteorologists John Coleman, the creator of the Weather Channel, take the IPCC models apart and call out Gore for the unbridled phony he is, it seems likely that sooner or later even well-meaning but uninformed people like Messrs Cofer and Dunn will realize there is no actual scientific evidence that CO2 from human sources has any impact on the global climate, period!

There are many more scientists that support this position. Dr. Art Robinson circulated a petition, ultimately culling 31,000 signers, with 9,000 PHDs, all signing on that the global warming scare is not based on any scientific evidence.

Coleman took the IPCC global warming models and averaged them out and plotted them next to what actually happened during the modeled time periods. There was no resemblance whatsoever between fact and the IPCC models!

The global warming scare mongers might have just as well plotted UFO visits!

The IPCC models were so inaccurate, that even Gore had to admit that "there may be some problems with the IPCC models".

Yet these are the same models that IPC has been beating everyone over the heads with!

The facts are out: There has not been global warming during the last 18 years.

When is it supposed to start?

Yet, without facts, people "believe" or want to believe that CO2 causes global warming and this warrants closing our coal fired plants.

If we close them, may I ask, with what do we replace them? Fossil fuels, including coal account for 90% of our power in the USA!

If the Global Warmists succeed in closing coal plants, the price of home heating will increase by who knows what? Brownouts will be common. Your electric bill will skyrocket. The price of consumables will be higher than you ever thought imaginable.

It will, in fact, collapse the economy! Why?

Because one man, Albert Arnold Gore, Jr., in 1967, a man who got a D in his professor, Roger Revell's science class, found a way to twist Revell's sincere work and turn it into a political scam, one that got him elected to Congress.

In the 1950's, Revel merely asked the question, "is fossil fuel burning having an effect on our climate"?

That question, according to Revell was hijacked by "politicians" into the conclusory "CO2 causes Global Warming," with Gore leading the way.

Gore went on the road after a failed run for the presidency and made multi millions of dollars flying around in his massive fuel burning private jet saying "park your cars, they're causing global warming."

When Revell later said Gore was wrong, Gore called him senile!
