Niagara County District Attorney Caroline Wojtaszek and candidate for County Court Judge.

In recent days, the Wojtaszek for County Judge campaign has announced the endorsements of two prominent unions in Niagara County; Laborers’ Local 91 and the Niagara County Building Trades Council. The campaign unveiled the announcements in Facebook this week.

Both Laborers’ Local 91 and the Niagara County Building Trades Council have a history of endorsing candidates who ultimately win the judicial seats they are running for. Two recent examples include current Niagara Falls City Court Judge Jim Faso, Jr., and current Niagara County Family Court Judge Erin P. DeLabio.

Caroline Wojtaszek, who is currently the District Attorney, submitted the following statement regarding the endorsements:

“Although this campaign is not about political issues, party affiliations, or endorsements, it is incredibly humbling to have the support of the hard-working men and women of Laborers’ Local 91 and the Niagara County Building Trades Council. There are no words to adequately express the appreciation I have for these men and women placing their trust in me. Their faith in my ability, experience, and background will continue to motivate me each and every day.”

Caroline Wojtaszek (D) has also been endorsed by the Niagara County Republican Party, the Niagara County Conservative Party, the Niagara County Independence Party, and the Niagara County Libertarian Party.
