-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2200 block of Hyde Park Blvd. in the early morning hours of Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, after reports of a burglary. According to reports, police responded to Mister B’s after a burglar activation alarm. Upon entering the building, police saw that the cash register and a POS module was taken. The register is valued at $70 and the POS system at $5000. Police were able to access security footage and are continuing to look for the suspect. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to 7-Eleven at 2310 Hyde Park Blvd. in the morning hours of Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, after reports of a robbery. According to witnesses, the robber, identified as Michael Stewart, ripped $800 out of the victim’s hands inside of the store. The victim had just pulled the $800 out of an ATM inside the store. Stewart was subsequently arrested and charged with robbery. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 700 block of 91st Street in the afternoon hours of Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, after reports of a larceny. According to reports, the homeowner alerted police that their recycling bin had been stolen. Police are continuing to investigate the incident as there has been a string of thefts involving garbage or recycling totes in the past month. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to Walmart in the evening hours of Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, after reports of a theft. According to reports, the suspect was alleged to have failed to pay for 33 items before hiding them in shopping bags. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 400 block of 5th Street in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 2nd, after reports of criminal mischief. According to the report, the victim stated that her bedroom window was broken by an individual who was standing outside. The victim identified the individual to police and they are continuing to investigate the incident.

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1800 block of Pine Avenue in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020,  after reports of an armed burglary. According to reports, an individual wielding a knife entered the store and then left without taking anything. Police are continuing to investigate. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the corner of 18th Street and Niagara Street in the afternoon hours of Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020, after reports of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later found and the suspect apprehended. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to Home Depot in the evening hours of Thursday, September 3rd, 2020, after reports of a shoplifter. According to reports, an employee stated that the suspect selected 9 pieces of merchandise and proceeded to leave the store passing all points of entry without paying. The stolen merchandise was returned to the store and suspect issued an appearance ticket. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1300 block of Pine Avenue at Family Dollar on Thursday, September 3rd, 2020, after reports of an armed robbery. According to reports, a suspect pointed a black handgun at the store clerk and demanded money. The suspects made away with money (valued at $193) and cigarettes (valued at $109.50). Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 400 block of 19th Street in the early morning hours of Friday, September 5th, 2020, after reports of a criminal mischief. According to reports, police broke up what appeared to be a large group of people arguing which precipitated into some minor altercations.

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 300 block of Cedar Avenue in the early morning hours of Friday, September 4th, 2020, after reports of a theft. According to reports, multiple packages were removed from the victim’s front porch valued at over $200. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to Walmart in the evening hours of Friday, September 4th, 2020, after reports of a shoplifter. According to reports, the suspect selected thirty pieces of merchandise and passed all points of entry without payment. The items taken all consisted of infant products. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 3100 block of Highland Avenue in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 5th, 2020, after reports of an assault with a deadly weapon. According to reports, an assault ended when one of the victims sustained life-threatening wounds from a knife attack. The victim had multiple stab wounds to the back of his head and did not cooperate with police in identifying a suspect. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

– Niagara Falls Police responded to the 3100 block of Highland Avenue in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 5th, 2020, after reports of an assault with a deadly weapon. According to reports, the victim was at a friends house on the 500 block of 9th Street when she was shot by a gun in her left leg. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1100 block of Whitney Avenue in the afternoon hours of Sunday, September 6th, 2020, after reports of a burglary. According to reports, when police arrived at the residence they heard yelling coming from the second floor. Upon climbing the stairs, police found someone on top of another make who he said was found hiding in his residence. The suspected burglar was found to have taken numerous items and was placed under arrest. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to AT&T in the evening hours of Sunday, September 6th, 2020, after reports of stolen property. According to employees, the suspect came into the store and removed several sets of Beats headphones as well as speakers from the wall without paying. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to Auto Zone at 8700 Niagara Falls Blvd. in the afternoon hours of Monday, September 7th, 2020, after reports of a fight. According to reports, a physical altercation ensued and fought “via combat by agreement.” After the two men stopped, the girlfriend of the losing party then started to attack the remaining individual. This quickly subsided when police arrived. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2200 block of Falls Street in the morning hours of Tuesday, September 8th, 2020, after reports of a burglary. According to police, when they arrived at the location officers observed a man inside of the store attempting to break into a jukebox. Police apprehended the man and he was placed under arrest. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 8300 block of Buffalo Avenue in the evening hours of Tuesday, September 8th, 2020, after reports of an assault with a deadly weapon. According to reports, a man walked into the emergency room at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center with ha gunshot wound to his right wrist area. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 500 block of 19th Street in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 9th, 2020, after reports of a burglary. According to reports, an individual came home to her apartment and found that multiple TV’s and game systems were missing. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 7-Eleven at 1504 Pine Avenue in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 9th, 2020, after reports of a robbery. According to reports, a male demanded money while brandishing a knife. The total amount of money taken was between $70 and $80. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to Family Dollar on Pine Avenue which occurred on Thursday, September 10th, 2020. According to reports, employees stated that the suspects robbed the store at gunpoint. Family Dollar was also robbed at gunpoint on the evening of September 3rd. New York State Park Police K-9 attempted a search for the suspects who were last running north through the parking lot of the former Amigone funeral home. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 7-Eleven at 29th and Pine Avenue after reports of an armed robbery in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 12th, 2020. According to reports, two black males entered the store and stole cigarettes and cash from the register at gunpoint. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center on Sunday, September 13th, 2020, after reports of an individual walking into the ER with a gunshot wound.  Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 3011 block of Highland Avenue in the afternoon hours of Monday, September 14th, 2020, after reports of a dead body. According to reports, a male was found deceased at the “Red House.” Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
