He is married to his childhood sweetheart and best friend, Renée Palmore Beaman, RN. They are the blessed parents of two adult daughters, Asaiah (Gregory Fisher) and Kori (Walter Cheatham), and grandchildren, Maliah, Gabriella, and Gregory Mason.
