Deep in the heart of Downtown’s tourist district at 305 Prospect Street, Flip Burger might just be the hidden gem you’ve been waiting to find!

I honestly never frequent this area and I am quite sure most locals do not either. Let me tell you though, it’s definitely an area I will be coming back to again! It really is a fun area I never knew existed.

Flip Burger has a small straightforward menu which means what they make they make right. There are two burger options: 4 oz. single or 8 oz. double.

I opted for the 4 oz. single with cheese, smoked apple wood bacon, and a side of fresh hand-cut fries.  Yes it might be simple, but sometimes the best things in life are!

Regardless, it was absolutely perfect. The burger was juicy, fresh and cooked just right. I thoroughly enjoyed every last bite.

Flip Burger is owned by Daniel and Michelle, his mother, who are there from open to close serving tourists and locals alike.

Also save room for dessert because Flip Burger also has “Sweet Spot” that offers a variety of Ice Cream specialties.

Now that it’s getting warm out go enjoy a burger, an ice cream, and take a stroll around the Falls.

Don’t forget to tell them Jamie sent you!!
