On March 23rd, 2021, at around 2328 hours, Deputy Battaglia located a vehicle roadside on Lockport Rd. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the occupants of the vehicle were currently engaged in stealing property from nearby residences. Several deputies, including a K9 handler from The New York State Police responded and searched the area for the subjects. Two subjects were later located and arrested. Keith C. Muldoon, 22, and a Juvenile were subsequently charged with Grand Larceny 3rd (D Felony) and Conspiracy 5th (A misdemeanor). Muldoon was processed and held for Centralized Arraignment at the Niagara County Jail. The Juvenile was issued an Appearance Ticket and released to a parent.
