The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County:  

We regret to report the death of a Niagara County resident.  We send our deepest condolences to their family and friends.

• 84-year-old male with underlying health conditions

The rest of the update is as follows:

• 3 new positive cases
• 1,471 total positive cases to date (isolations + recoveries + deaths)
• 41 active cases (37 isolating at home, 4 in hospital)
• 1,331 recovered
• 99 deaths
• 56,534 people tested (source: https://covid19tracker.health.ny.gov/)
