City of Niagara Falls Holding a Press Conference to Address Alarming Increase in Violence

Due to the recent rise in crime seen not only locally, but also across the state and nation, the City of Niagara Falls is looking to address the community and their concerns and outline recent organizational updates being implemented to combat this increase in crime.

The event will take place at the Niagara Falls Police Department, 1925 Main Street, Niagara Falls, New York 14305, beginning at 1:00pm on Friday, October 2nd, 2020.

Local leaders including Mayor Robert Restaino, Niagara Falls Police Superintendent Thomas Licata, Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti, US Attorney James P. Kennedy, Niagara County District Attorney Caroline Wojtaszek, Lockport Police Chief Steve Abbot, and Niagara Falls Deputy Chief John Faso will be in attendance at the event. 

The Niagara Reporter will publish the entire press conference after it is concluded on social media.
