An (Affordable) Night on The Town Promises Good Food, Clean Entertainment

A public event entitled “A Night on the Town,” sponsored by Ransomville Free Methodist Church, will be held on Saturday, April 5, at the Ransomville Fire Hall, 2521 Youngstown-Lockport Rd., Ransomville. The priceis $15 per person. Admission includes a sumptuous, slow-cooked chicken and roast pork dinner with all the trimmings, desert, cold drinks and coffee. Also featured will be live dinner music, a concert, and a (clean) comedy act with stand-up comedian Jeff Wozer.

A Night on the Town will be opened by guitarist Joe Webber, who will provide tasteful dinner music, followed by a performance by beautiful songstress Keri Cardinale accompanied by the Soul Purpose Band. And finally, comedian Jeff Wozer who, unlike most stand-up comedians today has gained critical acclaim for his "clean" comedy routine. Wozer has performed at the LA Improv, The Las Vegas Strip and hundreds of other venues.

Pastor William "PB" Lowery Jr. will offer the benediction and a few elevating remarks to bring it home that a community can get together, have a night of innocent joy, bond, and feel the sense of community. Stand Up Comic Jeff Wozer Comes to Ransomville

Critically acclaimed stand-up comic Jeff Wozer, a Colorado native, will appear Saturday, April 5, at the Ransomville Fire Hall, 2521 Youngstown-Lockport Rd., Ransomville. Wozer has performed at the Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Las Vegas Riviera, and the LA Improv side by side with some of the nation’s biggest comedy acts like Martin Short, Brian Regan, and Lewis Black. Besides the club circuit, Wozer also does corporate events for BNSF Railroad, Braxton Technologies, Michigan Tech, Pepsi, Price Waterhouse, Sierra Club, USO and Wagner Equipment. Wozer’s humor articles have appeared in more than 35 publications, including Cabin Life Magazine, Dining Out Miami, and the Explorers Journal. He also claims he is the world record holder in the 17yard dash.
