Unfortunately, this year's Boys & Girls Club race was cancelled due to lack of interest, while the Downtown Niagara Falls Business Association's 5k race was scrapped last year. Maybe if Councilman Touma didn't vote to raise taxes, and waste money on Dyster's silly projects all the time, the city wouldn't be in such desperate straits.
