52 yr old Repeat Sex Offender Rapes and Impregnates 11 yr old Girl

January 13, 2015

Jacky Berry has history of raping young girls.

A 52 year old convicted sex offender from Niagara Falls was sentenced to 15 years in prison for raping and impregnating an 11 year old girl.

Jacky Berry is a level 3 sex offender in Niagara Falls NY, and has pleaded guilty to charges involving sexual conduct against a child. The repeat sex offender is no stranger to committing sex acts against children. He had been previously convicted for sexually abusing a seven year old girl in 1990. Berry served seven years in prison for that crime, in addition to also serving six years in prison for conviction of first degree rape in 1980.

In Berry's most recent rape charge, details of the crime have emerged, indicating that the child was a victim of the attack for almost four years, from 2007-2010. DNA testing proved positive that Berry did in fact father the child in which the victim gave birth to at the age of 12 years old.

Berry has accepted a plea deal from Niagara County prosecutors, in which he will serve no more than 15 years in prison, and 20 years of post-release supervision Berry could be released from prison by the age of 67.
