Lockport’s Sub Delicious back by popular demand

(More) letters to the editor;
GREAT newspaper! I have tried to find an article but can't; do you by chance have a link to a story or photo you published about the dress code at Sub Delicious in Lockport? I am a regular there & Kim, the manager, told me it was in an edition but I can't find it. Thanks! Gene Rey, Lockport

(Editor’s response: Sure here is the photo and our comments:
Congratulations Sub Delicious for having the guts to require a respectful dress code and putting that over monetary gain or political correctness.
It is not about race or crime or lifestyle, it is about good manners.
This sign says it all. And one more thing, if this won’t fix a plumbers’ crack, I am unsure what will.

Dear Editor; The fad of wearing saggy pants started in prison. In prison when you wear your pants below your waistline, it means you are available for a sexual encounter with another man. It's a sign. So when these little rascals run around with their underwear showing maybe they aren’t tough guys, they are lovers trolling for homosexual sex.

Sir, I protest your publishing this sign, glorifying the idea that people cannot wear whatever they want in a private establishment. Indeed should I decide to go into a restuarant totally nude, I should be able to do it.

Here is a poem:
First they came for the saggy pants,
and I didn’t speak out because I still had my oversize orange shoes.
Then they came for the oversize orange shoes,
and I didn’t speak out because I still had my red stick-on nose.
Then they came for the red stick-on noses,
and I didn’t speak out because I still had my slapstick.
Then they came for the slapsticks,
and there was no one left to speak out for me.
