Leading Area Realtor gives reasons for supporting Ceretto

By Tom Deal

Dear members of the 145th Assembly District:

I am writing this letter in support of my friend and colleague John Ceretto, who is running for re-election in the New York 145th Assembly District.

Our great community is at a cross roads. Do we want to go back to the days of over spending, tax increases, and the shipment of our assets to downstate or continue moving forward down the path that John Ceretto has created for us. In just two years, Assemblyman Ceretto has helped pass a historic property tax cap and passed the largest middle-class tax cut in nearly 60 years. John helped foster economic development by expanding USA Niagara’s economic footprint, secured $1 billion in economic development funding for the Buffalo-Niagara area and passed several initiatives to ensure that the profits from the energy we produce stay here in Western New York to help lower energy costs and create jobs. Assemblyman Ceretto continues to work in a bipartisan manner, putting people ahead of politics. As an example, John and his legislative colleagues have teamed up with Governor Cuomo to pass two consecutive on-time budgets that reduced the state’s deficit by over $13 billion.

Assemblyman Ceretto has received the “Hero of Middle Class Families” from our local teachers for his votes to protect working-class families. He has also been endorsed by the Republican, Conservative and Independent parties, The Good Government Club, The NRA, Local 91, NYS Firefighters Association, Unshackle Upstate and NYS Senator Maziarz among many others. We need to keep John as our Assemblyman to continue to properly represent and fight for Upstate, to put our interests first and I am confident John Ceretto is the right person to properly represent us in doing just that.

Please join me in doing what is right for our community by continuing to support John Ceretto for Assemblyman in the 145th District. John is the right choice for us.
