If George Maziarz is the smartest politician in Niagara County then why hasn’t he had Albany turn over the casino money that belongs to Niagara Falls without strings attached. If the state has the money for UB 2020, it should be able to pay the city. He has been working on the cargo plan since 2007 and nothing has come of it as yet

I just watched the news and Dyster is blowing smoke as always. I think the city should block all but one way in and one way out to the casino until the city gets its money. Doesn't the city have the right to block off any city road they want to. or even cut off some kind of utilities like water or something like that? I do believe if the city did that for at least one week, they would be looking to get the city its money. I also think that as long as Dyster is in office the city needs some kind of control board to keep him from wasting more money the city doesn't have. Thank you for your time

Como article brought back memories
Just read your article on the Como. Brought back a rush of memories. First started going to The Como in the early sixties. Return to Niagara Falls every Summer, with my wife Sandy and Carmen Porreca, (sister Cathy married to Frankie Colucci) to participate in the Niagara Catholic Golf tournament. We end up at the Como with our tables in the bar area for 15 to 20 people. We always start with several orders of clams. The best.
