Jeffrey O. Burnett, D.O., a board-certified primary care physician, has joined Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center as part of their Osteopathic Family Practice Residency Program.

A graduate of Canisius College and the New England University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Burnett is a clinical assistant professor at the State University at Buffalo.

In private practice since 2003, he served at Lifetime Urgent Care since 2004. Dr. Burnett teaches, trains and supervises medical students and new physicians. He was honored as the UB Family Medicine Preceptor of the year for 2011.

At Niagara Falls Memorial, he will instruct and train family practice resident physicians at the Summit Family Health Center, 6934 Williams Road, Niagara Falls. Dr. Burnett is accepting new patients at the Summit Family Health Center. Call 278-4499 for appt.
