Free smoking cessation program begins Jan. 7

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center will offer a series of eight free smoking cessation classes from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 7 at the Earl W. Brydges Library, 1425 Main St., Niagara Falls.

The Monday evening sessions will be facilitated by Community Health Worker Cassandra Jackson and Heather Bashaw of Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Additional sessions will be held Jan. 14, 21 and 28 and Feb. 4, 11, 18 and 25. For information or to register, call 278-4604.
